Fresh ingredients

Our guide is our traditional recipes and the quality of the Greek ingredients. The Salmatanis brothers really like to smell the Aegean Sea in the large dining room they have created. All meals are rigorously cooked with local and seasonal raw materials, often ingredients are taken from their own vegetable garden. In addition, the team travels to Grevena and Florina to pick special local delicacies (such as 13 different kinds of mushrooms) to serve to your table.

Our specialties

The kitchen and hall smell like Greece in Salmatanis restaurant. Unique dishes made using only local products and seasonal vegetables from our own vegetable garden. We wanted to share with you some of our favorite recipes. Try them at home or visit us at Kifisia to taste them along with good company and good wine!
